Summer Vibes
On an island in the sun/ We'll be playin' and havin' fun/ And it makes me feel so fine/ I can't control my brain
Hey guys!
Hope those of you who have moved around are settling in well to your new working surroundings and digs. This has maybe even given you the opportunity to look around and see what things you can do outside of work.
Remember that there is always something exciting to do outside of the usual grind of hospital life. So take this as a chance to find activities to do in your spare time. It could be joining a local sports club, going hiking or kayaking, exploring historical sites, or just catching a movie on your day off. Whatever you do, just have fun!
You may have seen on our Instagram a few weeks back that we went axe throwing and target shooting. They were surprisingly harder than we thought it would be, but still a great way to blow of steam and do something different.
Song of the Week
Now many people knock country music, but it may just be that they haven’t heard the right kind. Johnny Cash is one of those guys who spins a good yarn that you can relate to and tap your foot along with. So this week, we recommend listening to his Folsom Prison Blues.
TV Shows to Binge
Want to watch a quirky show with relatable characters? Looking for some good humor with an easy pace to follow? Then look no further than Bob’s Burgers. Tina, Gene, and Louise will keep you entertained.
